Belle is Frenchy Cannoli’s primary apprentice. She lived and worked with Frenchy and Madame Cannoli for over 7 years. Together Belle and Madame Cannoli are excited to continue Frenchy’s educational legacy through teaching his Lost Art Workshops. Come spend a day learning the ancient technique of sieving but with a modern twist using an inexpensive mini washer that can be purchased online for less than $70. Belle will give a hands-on demonstration of the ice-water sieving method Frenchy adapted and perfected. Additionally, she will provide insights and guidance on the commercial application of the process from her experience as Director of Operations for one a California’s largest manufacturers where they run a 500-gallon washer.
