The primary goal of Frenchy Cannoli's work is to promote appreciation for traditional processes he learned while traveling in producing countries during the 1980s.

During this workshop, Frenchy will demonstrate the ice-water sieving method he has perfected using an inexpensive mini-washing machine. Frenchy will provide a live demo with in-depth commentary on all aspects of the actual process.

The workshop will be held at a centrally located facility in Amsterdam, Holland. Further details will be sent to ticket holders 3 days prior to the event.

Workshop Agenda, JULY 15th:

o   11:30 am: Doors open - Enjoy some light refreshments

o   12:00 pm: Introduction to Ice Water Sieving & a photo lecture on the Science Behind

o   14:00 am: Live Demo (Washing) Hemp biomass will be used in this demo.

o   16:00 pm: Continued Live Demo Afternoon (Drying, Pressing, Storing)

o   18:00 pm: Wrap-up: Debrief with Frenchy
